VW Jetta mk6 SWAP instrument Cluster to 3d color version

Hello Guys,
I am new as you can see hehe i am from Argentina.
So i am looking to have your guide on what is best for me in this situation:
I have a vw jetta mk6 2012 with intrument cluster 5C6920871 and i just bought a vw tiguan 2015 3d color premiun cluster 5N0920883D to do the swap, of course prior to do it i need to do some preparations.
I came here because some user in cartechnology mentioned the vdo editor as a savior, can you tell me which will be the best possible next steps?
The sw of the new cluster is 0705, so i assume its a 3d color one.
do i need to dump my original 24c64 rom into the new tiguan cluster? is this going to be ok?
Also i saw that it will requires speedmeter calibration, is this anything that can be done via VCDs? or how can i do it?
Any help will be appreciate it,i have a eeprom programming USB to read the roms!.

currently is 0701 i dont if its a color 3d but my intentation is to update if worst the case, i mean is there any improve to do it?
