Retrofit MFD Plus 24C32 to 24C64 Transporter T5 2012

Hello,

I want to retrofit a MFD Plus cluster from 2011 in a Transporter T5 from 2012.
The new cluster has a 24C32 EEPROM, the old one a 24C64 EEPROM.

I copy the IMMO data like everytime manually step by step from old to new cluster but when I copy MAC it`s not anymore possible to get a working key and the IMMO is active. Also adding a (own) new key/transponder doesn`t change this.

When I replace the IMMO with another 24C32 IMMO from another T5 model, the cluster is working, IMMO is working. But this doesn`t solve my problem --> MAC of ECU doesn`t fit of course.

Can anybody help me or does know what`s wrong here?

As I said 1 to 1 copy is not possible, there must be a difference between 24C32 and 24C64 IMMOs even when they are decrypted.

Copy immo and adapt new transponder keys when you downgrade to 24C32
