I don't ignore any message, but in your case I didn't receive it, so I know nothing about your problem...
All my servers are located in Russia, including email server. I don't reject any emails by region or domain name on server side, but some email providers reject email to/from Russian IP. For example, following services decline emails from/to Russian IP:

• alice.it
• t-online.de
• icloud.com

As I wrote early, please, use Telegram messenger or forum PM. Telegram is fast and reliable service against email.
