Hi guys, could you please advise, i switched faces from 3C0920870B (petrol tacho B/W) to 3C0920870L diesel tacho from England, have cluster ready for my petrol car, except I cant switch the brake pad wear and seat belt icon, could you please advise?

I have the same problem.
Did you find solution?
I have now with vcds turned off the seatbelt warning.
Is this a hardware issue or can this be solved with flashing the cluster software?
