VEO Editor activation

hi,
i've bought a licence last year, and the software works very well
but unfortunately, my old laptop dead at the beginning of this year, and i cant use the software anymore.
then i re-installed it on my new nb, it requires activation as expected. after that i sent licence require to the mail address from which i got licence last year, but no one reply it. does anybody could help me?
