Hi thank you so much for describing the flash procedure. Probably its my bad that I missed giving context of what I am doing. I had a 3AA902273B which I was able to flash to 3AA902273D. Now since I wanted the sensors to be detected automatically, I wanted to flash it to F version. But it keeps failing while trying to get a seed to flash the TPMS ECU. From that I understand the Security Access code thats being used by VCP to flash the file is incorrect.

There is a possibility that the flash file I am using to update the TPMS Module is modified. As the EXPECTED-IDENT specifies 5Q0 modules

EXPECTED-IDENT is not really important for programming session: this list is used only by flashing software (f.e. ODIS E or VCP). To unlock access to flash firmware only SA is important and session type. Software can validate selected ECU by partnumber, but there is no problem to skip this validation if you know you are doing.
So try first play with session type first and project type

Sorry, this may not be the right place to post this, but I'm new here and don't really know how to navigate.
I have a problem - I installed the 5Q0907273B module and wanted to flash this file --> FL_5Q0907273___0011.frf using VCP Pro.
Unfortunately, the program recognizes the module, but when I try to flash it, I get the message shown in the screenshot.
I have a request: can someone help me solve the problem?

Secondly, I can't flash this file created with the RDKS.exe program ---> 5Q0907273_Lato_vcp.xml (there's another file in the folder, but it's a .bin file), it also freezes and there's no communication.
I checked VCDS - no errors, the module is visible in Gateway - 65.
I tried to perform all flash operations using VCP Pro. My experience with this type of "promotion" is limited, so I'm asking for help.

I'd like to upgrade version 5Q0907273B and flash the new summer and winter tire data.

What am I doing wrong?????

Regarding firmware update - try to change session type i.e. EOL...
Regarding dataset uploading, ensure you select VCP style format...

And regarding the data set, I'm 100% sure I'm selecting the .VCP file in the program.
The attached file is the one I'm trying to flash, the .xlm one, of course. By the way, what's the .bin file for?

see at the bottom of one of your screenshots: you use standard diagnose , you can change it.
it could be problem of project vw37, but i do not remember how to change it in vcp

As soon as I'm in the car with VCP connected, I'll change the diagnosis type in the highlighted box (attachment).
I'll let you know the results.

Unfortunately, any attempt to flash a .frf or xml file with tire data results in communication being terminated.

The .frf file still displays the message --> Error checking programming Precoditions: 01
and the .xml file --> communication being closed.
Of course, I've changed it to different sessions and always the same problem...

This is a very interesting situation. I've read various information, and nowhere is there a specific answer to this problem...

There are few reasons to get error like yours: this is general error about incompeted initial sequence
I could recommend to try odis e and change project to vwfleet + session type. odis e provides reference programming patterns, unlike another tools just copy original design pattern.

Well, these are Chinese "inventions" and you know how it is with them
