I tried to flash eeprom from 3C8920870F to 3C8920870B, but it did not worked, no oil temp for me.

Simple question, can I make somehow 3C8920870B or 3C0920971R to display oil temp or should I throw it away and buy 3C8920870F?

I think you should update MCU firmware like Daku wrote above, because your software series 01** are too old.
