For jetta try use value 03 or 08 or 0D

Yours TMPS should be disabled if there isn't wheel with sensor.

For your information, it's normal to have "---" when you start your car. You have to drive approximately 100m to see pressure value.

At 3aa module and sensors data is always available even if you turn ignition only then sensors show air pressure. If you remove all whells then system set status to disabled and menu disapear
