Backlight of scales in 1008 7N0920880J

Hi,

I can read in russian but writing is a nightmare for me, so replies can be in russian.

I installed 7N0920880J cluster in 2015 Scirocco instead of 1K8920875G and have problem with scales backligting. It's on only on fog and main beam lights, no backlight on scales while sidelights are on (needles are on with sidelights/main/fog etc.). It's quite annoying because my car has three additional gauges on dash (oil temp, clock/stopwatch and boost) which are backlighted even on sidelights (as was on 1K8920875G cluster).

Also I have DTC in 17 which says there is no communication with drivers door.

Is it possible to flash it with Scirocco firmware? Maybe it would help with both problems but I have no idea if I will not brick cluster.

Maybe scales are light up via Cluster light sensor ??

I Got That for nedles but inverted. If much light then nedles off, if low light then nedles light up

Try VDOe2 2.0.0.8. There was added option to enable scales backlight in parking mode. Unfortunately, seems it is SW depended option.

Both cases done, cheers for that.
I checked also backlighting of scales while ignition off (screen on) but it's also probably depend on SW, in mine 1008 for 7N0 cluster doesn't work - backlight of needles in the same conditions work fine.
